revoking parental responsibility
my ex partner obtained a parental responsibility and access order in November 2005 but has had no contact whatsoever with the children since June 2006, can i apply to the court to have this revoked?

yes you can !!!!!!! my ex violent partner was on my daughters birth certificate (we were not married) but she had his last name, no contact from him for two years and although her birth certificate stands i changed her last name to mine and was told if after one year no contact is made the absent parent looses parental responsibility however this was 10 years ago, laws change ask a solicitor for advice
