t mobile change my tariff without telling me.

i have 2 months of my phone contract left with t mobile ,so i said i would pay it off in one go, and told them i wouldnt be renewing it . they took the 2 payments out of my bank, but then changed my tariff for that remaining two months, charging me 20p per minute without even telling me, they then sent me a bill for £96. can they do this...... ?

Probably something in the small print of your original contract allowing them to change the tariff once you are 'off' contract...

they can only change tarriff if you agree to it.
