text messages cannot be used as evidence but if you want to do it anyway what is the make and model of your phone ?
It's not necessarily correct that text messages can't be used in evidence. It depends what they are being used to prove or show. They may be to prove admissions or confessions or inconsistency or serve many another purpose, the law of evidence permitting (and there are whole books on that).Even if not permitted by that they may lead to other evidence which can be used, which the solicitor may find. And, in civil cases, the rules about hearsay are so generous that virtually anything which might be excluded in a criminal trial, as hearsay and not an exception to the rules against it, or excluded as unfairly prejudicial, can be admitted in evidence
yes thats true although printing them out does not prove that the said person sent them as they can be altered ,if the police needed them then they would have the facility to do this for you same goes for your solicitor ,ask your solicitor if he needs them and could he do this for you
there are ways to copy your txts to pc phone software if u have the leads etc...check out your phones detail...i have done it with mine...there may also be downloadable software just for thsi purpose...goofle it
