i have recently split from my partner. We purchased a house 3 years ago and I paid a �20k deposit. The mortgage though was done on a self cert basis in her name. This was solely due to me at that point being unable to get a mortgage.

i have paid all the household bills since but she is now taking the line "its in my name, go away"

There are two children involved although we have already agreed shared residency.

Any ideas on how to move forward from here and what I will be entitled to either now or in the future?
