A property was left to 3 sibling upon the death of parents in scotland. prior to the will being settled 2 of the siblings residing in England have died intestate, 1 has a surviving husband and 6 children, 1 has no partner and 4 children, , does the property go solely to the remaining surviving sibling or will it now be split 1 third to surviving sibling and 1 third to deceiced siblings husband and 1 third to four surviving children of the sibling with no partner?
