can i remove my static caravan off a site if fully paid for

i have a friend who has a static caravan which is fully paid for , the site are trying to get her to upgrade as its a few years old . she only brought it 2 years ago. the site has been taken over and there forcing her to upgrade , they say she cant rmove her caravan as she will be done for tresspassing if it was removed,

If the site has had new regulations regarding fire hazards, (which has happened to my parents), then they are within their rights to insist that upgrades are made to all properties on their site. Have they said what upgrades they want? Maybe it is best to do as they ask if it concerns fire regulations.
I'm not sure about removing the caravan side of it, just trying to see the site owners point of view.
She's going to have to look at the small print of her contract with them. I believe some have clauses that say you have a buy and sell the vans only through the site owner. In other words, one does not just merely rent the site off the owner.
you can remove yor caravan any time you want to
to a new site if they are telling you the caravan is to old
