Did you pay the bill? And is the dog yours?

Hi

I remember a case when a horse was used as a lien payment... however, me thinks you should open your text book and read.

If you are studying law, what will you do when you need to advise a client?? say.. " hang on sir, let me consult answer bank, as I have no idea how to deal with your problem"

I have just googled your question and the answer appeared immediately.

I'm not actualy studying law i'm doing hospitality managment and its part of that!
The only case i can find is from 1845 or something likethat, so i was trying to find something more recent
Do you have access to Lexis Nexis or Westlaw?? If you are required to search for case law, your degree provider should be giving you access to these legal data basis'.

And I think the case you are looking for is that old!!
