Consumer Credit Act 1974 -are there time limits by which creditors can pursue you for a debt. This is for Scotland only peeps. Any help much appreciated. Any legislation and/or cases would be fandabbydozie.

The creditor would lose the right after 25 years - Prescription and Limitation (Scotland) Act 1977? I believe it's six years in England.
