i am a british citizen,in the us on a visa waiver,i am still married in the uk but divorce proceedings are going through.i have met an american girl,i cannot gain us status on a k1 visa or so i believe until my divorce goes through.i would be grateful if anyone could help in reguards to me stayin here legally,or whether i am completely stuck on this issue
