Help!!!

This is a complicated one so brace yourself....

I've been separated for a year now and been living in the marital home with my 2 kids..both aged under 4.

My ex has been very controling and been telling me who i can and can't have in the house.

My wages (500)go straight in to a joint account to fund half the mortgage and a substantional secured loan.
I can't afford this at all and have called in the CCCS as am behind with my creditors.

He's now on about transfer of equity to him. If we sold the house it wouldn't pay off the secured. I'm willing to walk away with nothing but the furniture and my dignity.

I rang the local council and as far as their concerned i'd be making myself homeless so wouldn't get a council house very easily.

Can anyone help? .I've ran out of ideas and hope...
