HI
I have had my car stolen last week it has been recovered by the police but it has rammed another car three times. Am i responsible for the damage to this car or how does it work with the insurance?

You can't be held responsible for damage caused when the car ws taken without your consent.

get the paperwprk from the police, take copies, and forward them on to your insurance company with a covering letter - they will do the rest.

Keep copies of all coprrespondence from all parties, and don't worry - sadly this is more common than you think, so your insurance company will be used to sorting it all out.
There is also a 1: 18 Million chance that the thief was pernickity and filled out a DVLA change of ownership form. Wouldn't bank on it though....
Surely the police would have taken DNA from your car, found the culprit, taken to court and sentenced, which would then have given you a clean bill of health.
oooooh nasty, sorry for you on that one but hopefully the police will sort it for you

best of luck
All asuming you reported it missing before the ramming incident.
