We bought a flat which used to be 2 shops. The title deeds still shows it as being 2 properties. Because of this we have to pay double in our factors fees. Does it cost anything to change the title deeds? How do I go about it? Thanks

What are "factor's fees"? Are your properties in Scotland, where law is different from in England?

Yep, it is in Scotland actually. The factor company looks after the building and organises any repairs which may be required. For instance, our roof needs some work so we have been hit with a huge bill. Hence the reason why I am asking for help. thanks x
