Just seen a butter advert where the husband brings his wife tea and toast in the bedroom.

I don't as have always been worried about carpet mites/larvae/beetles as well as cockroaches, mice and rats.

I have a friend who refuses to eat in her garden or have barbecues as she's convinced that foxes will come in droves during the night and even went as far to hoover the patch of grass under someone who dared bring a sandwich outside one time despite her warning signs (Yes she even has signs)

Do you eat in the bedroom? If not what is the reason? Do you eat in the tv/living room/lounge? The kitchen? The stairs? The toilet even?

Eat what in the Bedroom?
I'll eat anywhere apart from the bathroom. You have to in this house if you don't like football.

Really rocky? You eat anywhere and everywhere?
We eat meals at the kitchen table, snack/treats downstairs only (two of my children are only six) but eldest don is allowed to eat & drink in his bedroom.
I do eat where I want, but try to avoid eating in the bedroom... there's enough nuts flying about. Although I do collect them quickly when they go wayward.
I don't eat in the bedroom, but I'm curious as to sure why you expect rats and mice to be more attracted to crumbs in a bedroom Henrietta? Luckily we haven't had an intruder in any of our rooms despite living in the countryside, and all of our rooms are on the ground level! Phew.
well not in the loo but anywhere else. I used to love breakfast in bed but these days would have to get it myself which is kind of not the point.
Either the dinining room table or at the breakfast bar.
Nibbles in the living room on the odd ocasion.

No food or drink allowed upstairs.
Yep, why not?

I guess if you have kids its different. Not sure why there need to be rules if its an adults only household

Well this is the wrong thread!

That was the Girly in my last Avatar, here's the fella, she's in the background.
Always have my only coffee of the day in bed.
Breakfast in bed? A forgotten memory but never ate it on the carpet.
Kitchen too small to eat in.
Have been known to imbibe a Scotch whilst bathing and reading a good book.
Only eat downstairs except in the guest toilet:-)
Carpet beetles/larvae etc eat carpet by the way, not food.
i eat in my bedroom since i'm in a bedsit
I'd never eat in the bedroom. I have a small kitchen, so I only eat in there when tackling something particularly messy. Most days we eat in the lounge. No garden, but we have a balcony, so if and when the weather permits, we eat there.
