you get a teaching qualification.
Or look for a teaching job and apply
You don't need a teaching qualification to lecture at uni, but being a lecturer at uni is not just lecturing, it is also about research.
Universities advertise their vacancies in papers, but also on their own websites. You could start looking at these and they should have quite a clear description of what they need in the way of qualifications, experience and research.
What discipline you are interested in lecturing in wil obviously depend on your degree and your Masters - are these subjects related?
Hope this helps.
