someone told me that i have a two year warranty on my electrical good if they are faulty so have approached retailer. they passed the buck to the company the appliance was made by and in turn they passed said buck back, surprise! been back and forth all week and no further on. what do i do next? who do i speak too?

If the retailer still refuses to deal with your problem go to your local Trading Standards department. The retailer is liable in all circumstances.
