What to do with my $10K RRSP?

I have $10,000 in RRSP's. I am 50 yrs old. Should I use this money as a down payment on a condo, or leave it as a RRSP. I plan to retire in 15 years.

Sorry, this is a UK-based site and RRSP means nothing to people on here (and we don't use the term 'condo' either).

A quick bit of Googling suggests that you're probably in Canada. If so, you're far more likely to get a meaningful answer on this site:
