I have been laid off work since 12th January 2009 what rights do i have to make a claim for have no work for s long.

Claim against whom, for what?

Ok claim against my employer.
do i have a right to at least some pay even tho they have no work for me, just be on their pay roll i would have thought that i had the right to some wages after all they have not made me redundant. I have worked for them for over 3 years surely i have rights under employment law.
Hard to answer without knowing the details of your contract of employment.
