well Its 7.23am I started work at 7.30pm and I feel crazy. Paranoid etc. is this normal or just me? Night shift blows!

But when it is nightime there....isn't it daytime( or near enough ) here????..........so if your body is STILL on UK time...then you are actually working daytime...(did that make ANY sense???)

yes but i been here for a month and only started night shift. So yes it made sense but didnt apply to me :)
