......I was informed today that the new part-time cook is to share my job with me.....I lose almost 1/3 of my hours so we both work an equal amount. I am steaming-again.
And-they can get away with it because they never gave me a new contract when they increased my hours back in the spring..( something to do with 6 managers in 7 months,and no continuity....grrrrr).

I know a bit about how you feel. I got a part t ime job last November, 15 hours a week which just suited me, then a couple of months ago it got cut to 12 hours pw, NOW its been cut to 6 hrs pw, not really worth getting out of bed for.

aww pasta that is crap. they shouldnt allow to do that, what does it say in the contract ? if u are job sharing u should request to match the pay!! or if i were u Leave!! your boss is a t00ser ! :P x

It was a biscuit base.....but I make my own pastry...

Watch it leggy......this is in danger of becoming a cake thread......unless there is some other type of food that tickles YOUR fancy..lol
