If that land is not for habitable use, yes
Also make sure you check you title deeds as sometimes there are restrictions on having mobile homes, caravans etc... on land.
I agree with the above answers regarding PERMISSION .... but it seems a little odd that we need permission to live in a caravan on our own land yet there is a great reluctance for the authorities to do anything when travellers set up caravans on other people's land
What a country we live in ?.

Had a Gypsy camp in the lower field for a month, had the get a court order for removal because of the gypsies human rights.

What about YOUR rights on YOUR land ?.

Has the world gone MENTAL ?
