agency assessment

I have ben asked to attend an assessment hold by the recuiting company regarding a position i applied in bank tommorrow. is it like initial interview? what kind of dress code i need? (i havent got fomal suits at moment) thank you.

treat it like an interview and go well presented (not necessarily in a suit). the agency will usually use this time to brief you a little to make sure you know about the position and company you are applying to.

Make sure you do some research on the company - as a recruiter there is nothing more annoying than a candidate who turns up for an interview who has no idea about the company they'll be working for.
