I was looking for a job at nights which didn't include working in a bar/restaurant. I was going to apply for a call centre doing sales as the hours are perfect. However I have heard many people saying that call centre jobs are awful, especially sales. I'm quite a shy person. Would this be a bad move for me? Is there anyone who has worked or does work in a call centre that could give me any advice? Many thanks. G.
