bathtub thanx for your answer to my last question however what would happen to family home if dad had to go into care.

I work full time and its hard to look after dad at home.

House has been left to me in dads will but it has been re-mortgaged.

Can bank or local council force me out if dad goes into a nursing home.

Will be a last resort will try my best to look after dad at home.

Any advice
