I'm looking for a change in career, and because i dont have many qualifications, and dont fancy going to university, i am ideally trying to find a job that i'd be interested in and that doesnt include experience/vasts amounts of knowledge already inorder to apply. Therefore i would like to find out if there are any specific sites for 'on the job training courses/careers' or if anybody knows the best way to go about solving this sort of situation.THANX!!!

Many employers these days will allow you to work towards an NVQ whilst working. You can get NVQs in all sorts of job types, and they're often targeted to specific jobs. You have a workplace assessor who will assess your performance in various aspects of your job.
