i have worked for my company for nearly 7 years and been off sick for 8 months with stress/anziety caused with pressure at work, i am thinking of resigning and no longer receive ssp from my employer. however i am now receiving incapacity benefit.
if i resign from my company will i still be able to claim incapacity benefit.
