I am writing my CV. I am having trouble with the sentence " I find my present job unsuitable" I am not happy with the wording unsuitable.
As I am writing to apply for any job that they have going I would like to include this "unsuitable"statement. Any ideas.

How about " I don't find my present position challenging enough"?
Instead of saying the job is unsuitable, how about saying that you are not suited to the job? That way as Lauratee says, you can follow it up with 'I find it's not challenging enough' or whatever you'd like to say. Basically it needs to be worded in a way that can be backed up with a reason...if that makes sense!
try not to put any negatives on your cv, so try and write the sentence in a more positive way:

"I have learnt a lot from my current position, and am looking for a job that allows me to develop further"
