Does anyone know where it is possible to do either a Bachelor of Education or a Bachelor of Arts (Primary Education) on a part time basis or through distance learning??

There are part-time courses available (typically 4 to 6 years) but students generally have to commit themselves to some full-time blocks within the course. (e.g. placements in schools are usually full-time for up to half a term each).

There's a great deal more information, here:

I cannot find a university or college that offers either course on a part time basis.
University of Greenwich. Part time PGCE can be complted within 1-3 years on a part-time basis. Very handy if you need to work or have children.
Teaching practice won't be part-time though...
