Hi

I have recently qualified as an Indian Head Massage therapist and I am looking to set up a part time business along with 2 friends that qualified at the same time. We are looking to form a partnership and we are doing this as well as our full time jobs.

We will be offering one-to-one treatments to individual clients and also group parties. This will all be done in the clients own homes.

There are so many different places to look and things to consider, that I'd really appreciate some advice from someone that's been there and can give me a bit of guidance on what to do next.

Thanks a million!

Do you think that there is going to be enough business for 3 indian head massagers in your area? Firstly you need to chack out the competition, where are thye located, what do they offer/charge. have you any other similar training? Most salons now seem to have these options but the therapist(?) offers a range of treatyments. is it wise for 3 of you to start in a business if it has to sustain u all, would it be better to do this part time and another job until u get established?
I have had an indiam head massage and it is not something that would work for me at home, too much going on, it needs to be an escape to somewhere quiet, it isn't a thing people want done at night is it? isn't it more of a day off treat?
