You are entitled to accrue annual leave whilst on long-term sick leave, although I believe this comes under the Working Time Directive which means you can only accrue a maximum of 20 days for an entire year, regardless of your Company's annual holiday entitlement.
Your company may well not carry over accrued holiday from one year to the next (which is fairly typical), in which case your accrued holiday will be this years entltlement to date.
