Help! I am at a conference next week for work. I have done most of my preparation except one thing, I have to come up with an idea for a game to play. The game has to be based on closing the sale. It is to make up part of a training reference we already use. The idea is to get more staff actually asking for the business from the customer, I am stumped any ideas?

No sure what business you refer to, but could ask the customer questions and use noughts and crosses game if they agree will be a good deal a X if not O may give you an idea from this, or use a dice to see that most times it never lands on the same number but your business will always score the Six, if you could make one dice with all six's on it ? Its always a task when attend conference as on 'show' to your fellows and often the Boss.. Good Luck.

...I did a "runnaround" (a la Mike Reid ) game at our last team build, you need multi choice questions and answers, and pleanty of hyping up the3 answers and the choice of changing their mind about the answer tactically ..start off with the easy qs....
