How about saying you visualise yourself in five years time doing the job of your dreams (whatever it may be). That way you're not being flippant, you're envisaging a specific achievable target with a deadline.
If you cant answer it yourself is there any point going for the job, btw who`s it for Ian Beale?
This is your first step in selling yourself to a prospective employer.   This is what will get your your first foot through the door.  Make a good job of it and you might get an interview.  Make a hash of it and the form will probably be destined for the bin!   So you have a good incentive to do it well.  Make yourself a cup of tea, sit down with a blank piece of papert.  Fill in all the factual information on the form first, and when if it comes to any boxes where you have to give other answers such  as  "Why do you believe you are qualified for this job?", etc. rehearse your answers on the blank piece of paper first until you are satisfied with them.  You don't want to be scrubbing out any answers or words on your proper form.  And finally, check your spelling and grammar before despatching. (I hate to say this but If I were your English teacher I would be pointing out to you that "there funny" is incorrect and should read "they're funny", i.e.  a shortened version of "they are funny".  If you are applying for a job where you are writing letters to the public, I would suggest that attending a further course in English grammer would be helpful to you.  Hope you get the job.
That's grammar, not grammer :D
Just give yourself a reward once you have done it. Get someone (friend/family) to set it as a target and give you exactly one hour to do it. When you come out of the room with the completed form, your friend will check it for mistakes (always good to have someone else read it) and the go out for your reward!! It could be- they will take you to the pub or out to dinner. Or something more seedy...
