Internet Cafes in South East Asia/Australia

I am travelling to SE Asia and Australia in the near future and I want to know whether internet cafes have facilities for downloading information from digital cameras, to allow you to send pictures etc. I need to buy a new camera before I go travelling but a digital camera is useless if I can't download the pictures (or whatever you do with them). Any ideas/tips?

why not buy a cheap USB interface - they're only about �20-25 and usually just plug in and work...

Have never been but I read on the net, in an article about Taiwan that internet cafes are everywhere.  You just know the orientals will be up to the minute on anykind of electronics.  I'd be more worried about the Aussies.
