Has anybody worked at "The Flip Flop shop"? Is it a good job? What are the pro and cons? Do you get free stuff or discounts? Is it a bad place to work? Also what do they tell you in the interview?

As far as I can see from their website, Flip Flop Shops is an American chain (with just a few overseas outlets). Your username also suggests that you're probably in the USA. This is a UK-based website, so the chances of anyone here ever having worked in one of their stores is probably nil.
