My employer not care about providing the PPE, they provide PPE but for example overall for three moths and if it expires in 1 month you must by your own. But welding is heavy duty, some times I use about 2 wire reels. Sleeves I by by my self and welding jackets..Safety boots they provide for 9 months and if they expires in 5 months again they charge money.I always speak with employer about this issue. But they don't care about this..Peace tell me what I have to do to stop this. Because I make a profits for them about 200.000 to 400.000 a year just one person, and why they can not provide 500£ for 1 year for PPE I think it is not a problem.

So they are assuming your equipment is lasting longer than it does? I suppose it is fair to have some limit- they couldn't supply a new pair of boots to every employee every day, for instance.
What does it say in your contract about it? Do your colleagues all have the same problem?
Sounds dodgy, mention Health and Safety to them and see what they do

Yes , they put limits on all ppe in the contract, but limits they put is not right. All have the same problem.every tax year they make a new contract end put somethink new, not to employee side.
I do not think you are in the UK. Here it is compulsory to provide PPE free of charge. Also work clothes such as overalls must be cleaned and maintained by the company, or they must pay you the cost of doing it yourself. Welding is classed as a dangerous job and full safety equipment must be provided and maintained free of charge.
If you ARE working in the UK then report your employers to the health and safety authorities .
If you are working in the UK then report your employers to the Health and Safety Executive ( HSE ) here is their contact link
