I have just started out studying health and nutrition, and just wanted to know if there were any useful books around that would help me learn. I'm also looking for audio books so I can listen to the material too.

Any useful advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

You could go into amazon.co.uk and do a search for nutrition in books and see what comes up. You can then read critics.
