Have any of the organisations you are applying to requested evidence of your qualifications at this stage?
I put all mine as a list with date, course, qualification and course provider. I stated at the bottom i could provide proof, if required. Nobody has ever asked, but i would put them in a folder and hand over separately if they want to see them.
I don't find that many employers want all your original certificates, only perhaps those relevant to your current professional qualifications - they don't want school or college certs, you include that info on your c.v. or in the application form.

You need to scan the original documents into your computer and save them all as one .pdf file - but you might not want to .pdf the c.v., as you'll need to update date from time to time.
Speculative cvs sent to employers do not require proof of qualifications, references etc.
Just list your qualifications, If it comes to an interview you can take the originals with you.
Also, you don't send written references in with an application these days - few employers will accept pre-written references (as you could have written them yourself), they'll want to take up their own references.

Leaving out these documents will make the final pack much less unweildy.
didnt you ever email it to anyone?
if so it may still be in your sent box, to download a copy
Good thought, joko.
pdf is best as your formatting stays as you choose
also photographs of the certs is not a good idea - scan them with a scanner

don't add these images to the initial email - just list them and say to can email copies if need be.
if they want proof they will ask
