Two bills arrive together about every 3 months. One covers the line rental and the other the service provided. This is for a young man 'in care'. His mother gets the bill, gives the money to pay for it to me, and I pay on-line.
One of the bills arrived at the start of the month but there's no sign of the other. She's started to worry about this. Anyone else use BT?
I use BT, but all my bills are on the one documents which comes every 3 months.
Do these bills have different account numbers? It would make sense, surely, to have them combined - and yes, I think the mother should ring BT and ask where the bill is. They can be delivered on-line now, we get ours on-line these days.
Hi sandyroe I am with BT and received a letter saying that as from July 1sr the fee for paper bills will be £1.50 for each paper bill sothey are encouraging people to do it online.Don't know if this is any help.
Sandy, do ring BT re missing bill. When my mother's bill didn't arrive I had to ring them and paid by card but on her next bill there was a charge of c£7.00. Again I rang, explained what had happened and they refunded the amount in the bill after that
A 94 year old house-bound lady I know didn't get a bill, lost in the post or whatever and BT actually cut her off. I only realised when she tried to ring someone and told me she was getting a voice on her phone, she was really worried about it all.
