I sent off for a CRB (or D & B, as it's now called) several weeks ago, and Im still waiting for it to come back. The trouble is, I can't start working until it comes back. How long should it usually take? And does anyone know who I should contact to move things on a bit?

I work with vulnerable adults, but I can't start my job until my CRB comes back. It's so frustrating!
It's taking less than 3 weeks at the moment, much faster than it used to be.
