I read somewhere you need to pay for training to get certified for working with Arise UK.

Ta factor ..it looks from google that it is about £15 only. Happy to spend that "IF"it is worthwhile ... But wondering of it is. I just simply need to do done sort of work from home. Any other ideas appreciated.
I'd be wary of working for any company that asks for £15 for a training fee, can't be much of an employer.

As most "work from home" jobs are scams, or will leave you out of pocket, you should seriously consider what you're getting into.

Yeah just Jude there are alot of scams ... That's why I wanted to know if Amy ABers had experience of these. There must be a FEW decent home customer service co's out there ? Ta for ur answer by the way
I wouldn't want to do it, evedawn - you'd need to be very sure of your terms and conditions, and I certainly wouldn't pay for anything up front.

In your circs, I don't feel it would be a good idea to work from home - you'd be quite isolated. What you need is a nice friendly small company environment - something far removed from your present situation. You need to get out, not stay in. Honest.
i think lisa (divegirl) does that sort of thing. Personally i think working form home is MUCH harder than working from an office
