They had a bit of a computer problem since mid June and thousands of their customers weren't able to access accounts on-line.
Looking at the details of my account this morning, the first time in almost a month, I see I've been charged £20. I must have inadvertently went into the red at some stage.
They have a blooming cheek!

Its their error, tell them in no uncertain terms what you think
I'm going to challenge it and when the dust has settled move my direct debits and close the account.
Incidentally, on the first day of the computer trouble someone went to the same ATM in Belfast 80 times and withdrew £40,000.
They were described in newspaper reports as 'a foreign national' so I'd guess they won't be around now to answer any correspondence from the bank.
