Can't access uni emails

Not sure if anyone will be able to help me as it's a uni email address, but you never know :D. I have signed into my emails, but an error comes up saying 'A problem has occurred which may have caused the current operation to fail', theres a button that says show console, and this comes up when I click on it 'Domino Release 8.5.2FP2HF144 (Linux for Intel)

No, I haven't told them yet, I ws trying to get onto my emails to email my personal tutor, I can sign in through the portal, but when clicking on the emails icon, it doesnt work, I can get on it if I log in on my phone, but that's a pain in the ass lol xx

You are using Firefox 5?
Try clearing your cache and any cookies regarding your account and connected with the Uni (Firefox) or
Internet Options/Delete Files/Temp Internet Files & Cookies in Internet Explorer (whichever you use)

Hi Albags, I have just seen your reply, sorry taken so long to get back to you. I am using internet explorer, have done as you have suggested but still no luck, am going to download firefox and seeing if it will work on that, strange as I can get onto them when I sign in on my phone x
