if you goes round to someones house after you had a barney on the phone, and he goes and gets somethin to hit you with when he sees you coming up the path is that enough planning for it to be premeditated if he does lamp me one

He didn't know I was coming, although he might have guessed i would go round to his after the barney on the phone cos he hung up on me

I weren't physically aggressive, and I didn't threaten him, but it did get a bit heated, we'd both had a few. But he got the bat out before he opened the door
