Class sizes (Scotland)
Are there limits on class sizes in secondary schools?
Daughters just started S5 and tells me their are 41 in her modern class.
Seems an awful lot to me.

Seems a lot. Is it modern languages?
But having been a teacher I know it's easier to teach a good class of 41 than a difficult class of 14. It may also be that there is another teacher or TA in there and the class be split into smaller groups
Have a word with the school if your daughter is concerned at the impact on her elarning
