What type of business is it? Are you being recruited as a Salesperson?

Hi it is for a financial service organisation for the role of Business Recoveries Manager commercial and mortgages!
Don't say, 'bloomin' heck! Do you want me to stick a broom up my ar5e and brush the floor at the same time?'
Mention keeping a comprehensive diary, both a book one and one on your computer. Plan your days well and say that you are very flexible, putting in extra time when and if necessary. Also, on the counter point, say that you have to make sure that you don't spread yourself too thinly, but that you have excellent multi-tasking skills. Depending on your home life, draw on those experiences to show that you are used to dealing with lots of things at the same time.
OK well it's quite difficult to answer it succinctly in this way but, assuming that the role is essentially about recovering debts on behalf of corporate clients, your skills and opportunity for success will/should be focussed around being effective in debt collection (for which you need a hard, no nonsense transactional approach) and then, in parallel, developing trust with new Customers (account relationship management) to secure new business. Not easy for some but, if you have prior experience in Financial Services that will help. My advice is to try and build 4/5 clearly written ppt slides and research the potential Employer carefully. Does that help?

Excellent thank you!!
Michelle, do you have to give a presentation with slides, as well as speaking?
Best of Luck!

Hi yes slides and speaking to HR and Head of Operations
OK - keep your slides minimal, just bullet points of the main points you want to get across, you can fill in the description with spoken word, and the points act as a reminder to you, too, in case you dry up.
Show briefly how you might keep up to speed with existing recoveries, whilst planning to take on the new clients and find out their needs, too.
^^ PS will you have a team under you? You could add that certain key tasks are delegated to experienced members of the team, importance of team meetings and communication, you would plan weekly progress meetings? - something like that?
