Do you automatically become joint policyholder when your spouse adds your rings to his insurance when insurance company knows you live in same house. Must they ask you direcly about your previous claims? Must they send document addressed to both parties

that's a strangely worded question! it's not a joint policy unless you took out a joint policy, or have amended it to become a joint policy.
