Hi I am hoping to run a small charity event raising money for a registered charity by getting sponsorship for a few guys to do a hill walk followed by cycling. It will be quite a strenuous challenge and take about 8 hours to complete.Do I need insurance for this and if that is a yes where would I get it from,All the guys are over 18 and tell me that they are fit enough for the challenge. If I get them to sign a disclaimer would I be covered .Thanks for your help.
