yes it is.
well then!..there are holes in all of the pulleys that line up with holes behind them when they are in the right position...line up the crankshaft pulley holes and insert an 8mm rod or bolt to hold in that position..same with the cam sprocket and injector pump..leave all bolts in position while fitting the cambelt. make sure that any slack is in the rear of the belt(where the tensioner pulley is) before you let the pulley onto the belt. tension the belt and then remove all bolts. turn the engine over one full revoloution by hand (using a socket on the crank pulley to make sure all is ok)...then go turn the key to see if it starts!

thanks for your help
any probs..just get back to me!
firstly, its a bit more complex than gonzo might suggest, unless you are fully competent, and knowing how these engines are prone to cambelt failure i would not attempt it yourself. here is a brief description, not full.
firstly the crank is timed by pin which is screwed into the front side of the block where you first remove a small bung,
second the camshaft is timed by inserting a flat plate into a slot on the rear end of the cam after first removing the rocker cover,
third the fuel pump is timed by inserting a pin through the pulley,
to set the tension on these belts is complex and involved and would take pages to explain, beware cambelt failure will be expensive on this engine
