Samsung G600

My mum has recently bought a Samsung G600 in pick on O2, When trying to change the speed dial options it wont let her change them. The speed dials that are set to the phone are standard IE voice mail, customer service ect

When she went into the O2 shop today that manager told her that they could be changed however he could not rememer how to. she has got home and the speed dials have changed to the first 8 people in her phone book.

i cannot find any info online...anyone have any ideas, Please help just to keep her quiet lol thanks

If the speed-dial numbers still cannot be changed, an email or call to Samsung UK should help.
