car insurance cancelled

i have 2 vans with the same insurance group , they have insured 1 and put rac cover on the other. Knowing that these are both commercial van and being used daily. they say they are not responsible for me driving without insurance when i rang they agency to check the payments were ok. ow do i go about solving this?
