I have a link to a website in one of my emails but when I click on it it doesnt do anything any answers please

Does it do nothing at all or just not take you to the expected website? Do you get any error message?

In either event the likelihood is that the link is misspelled or badly formatted. Have a look at its properties (right click on it) and see if anything is obviously wrong

Does it work if you copy the link and use a different browser. I often can't get things to open in Morzilla Firefox, but they do in Internet Explorer.
